Close to the centre
Received termination in the afternoon for the next day due to change of ownership. This can be clarified much earlier. (Rebooking, etc.). Very unpleasant if you are suddenly exposed to the situation due to a lack of English skills.

It was right in the hub of things very central, lovely breakfast friendly staff and comfortable.
The noise in the corridors at night due to high volumes of Stag/hen partys

Locally employed personnel who could be understood. Also had a sense of humour. Room facilities including shower gel etc. Excellent value for money as much as you can eat breakfast. Being able to give this review to maintain a good standard of service at Premier Inn.

the hotel was central to everything i wanted, shops night life all on the door step. great location.
at the time of our stay the hotel was under going an update. the room we stayed in was fine, other than the bathroom what needed some attention. nothing major seals around the bath was coming away and the toilet was not flushing as it should. the only other down side was that i paid to park my car next door to the hotel, and did not read the ticket given to me with my bill and room cards, on return to my car i had a fixed penalty notice on it.

The staf were exceptionally friendly, civil and helpful.
Lighting in the bedroom was woefully inadequate. Why do hotel rooms so often have inadequate lighting?
